📦 Shipping Policy

We currently ship all orders to the continental United States.

  • Shipping Method: Standard shipping only
  • Delivery Time:
    • Check each product page for specific details on product delivery time
    • Delivery times vary from 2-7 weeks, depending on the item. You can check specific item shipping timelines on product pages. Timelines indicated include processing, shipment, and delivery – so the timeline you see is the time it takes to reach your door
    • Due to recent customs changes, delivery may occasionally take longer than the estimated timeframe
    • FedEx may reach out regarding customs forms. If you get an email from FedEx, please forward it to our email support.usa@ohouse.com and we will take care of the forms
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days before shipment
  • Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Alaska, or Hawaii at this time
  • Order Tracking: Once your order has arrived in the U.S., you will receive a tracking number by email
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping is free on all orders — no hidden fees
  • Taxes & Duties: All required sales tax, duties and import taxes are included in the product price — no extra fees on delivery

🔁 Return & Refund Policy

  • We do not accept cancellations or exchanges once an order is confirmed
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll issue a full refund — no hassle. Please send photos and proof within 14 days of delivery. Please note, we may require you to send photos of the item packaging as well. 
  • At this time, we’re unable to accept returns for reasons other than product defects
  • Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered by the carrier

  • International shipping and customs clearance may cause occasional delays
  • In rare cases, shipping delays or cancellations may occur due to supply chain disruptions or discontinued items
  • Outer packaging may show signs of wear during international transit, but this does not affect product quality
