For the Candle
- Burn on a stable, heat-resistant tray.
- Trim wick to 5 mm before each use for a steady flame.
- Avoid direct sunlight and high humidity.
- Frosting may occur over time — a white, powdery surface that naturally appears on 100% natural wax. This is not a defect and is safe to use.
- Due to the nature of pillar wax, small cracks or base shrinkage may appear; this is normal for handcrafted candles.
- The candle may drip while burning — use a slightly concave or raised-edge tray to catch melted wax. Once cooled, the wax peels off cleanly.
For the Shell Tray
- Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth.
- Do not soak in water or expose to high heat.
- Made from natural shell — color variations are normal and part of its organic character.
- The edges may not be perfectly smooth due to the nature of the material; this is not considered a defect.
