- Wash separately before first use, with no more than 5 towels per load.
- Machine wash with a mild detergent and rinse thoroughly, as leftover detergent residue can cause odor.
- Wash similar colors together to prevent color transfer.
- Do not use bleach or fabric softener.
- Tumble dry on low is recommended; it may cause slight shrinkage but helps improve fluffiness and remove loose fibers.
- Do not boil wash, as the surface may become rough over time.
- After beach or outdoor use, shake out sand and debris while the towel is dry, before washing.
- Trim loose loops carefully with scissors instead of pulling them.
Note: Some shrinkage may occur after washing and drying.

I wanted a bath towel and picked this up at a good price. I went back and forth with the blue and settled on the cream, and it feels like a hotel towel. From the moment it arrived there was a green stain bled onto it, though, and I'm just living with it. That's the one star off.
