- Wire rack: avoid prolonged exposure to salt or moisture.
Note: Stainless steel may develop a rainbow sheen or slight yellowing from chemical reactions during use. This is a natural reaction, not a defect. The wire rack may have a slight curve due to material properties; this does not affect performance.

I use this when frying. great for coating food and letting finished pieces drain. it's stainless steel, and there was some polishing residue in the folded seams during the initial wash. but the food contact surfaces were mostly clean.
Out of everything I looked at, this was the most affordable. I was really happy that nothing came off during cleaning, and all three pieces feel like they'll get a lot of use.
