Shipping was surprisingly fast, which I appreciated. However, I was very disappointed with the condition of the package upon arrival.
The outer box was already damaged, the plastic wrapping was carelessly done, and there was little to no protective cushioning inside. Honestly, I’m surprised the trolley arrived in one piece. On top of that, there was quite a bit of dirt and debris inside the packaging, which made the whole unboxing experience feel unpleasant.
Thankfully, the trolley itself seems to be in decent condition, and everything functions properly. I’ll just clean it up and use it, as going through the return or refund process would be more trouble than it’s worth.
Having purchased products from Korea before, I highly doubt I would have received an item packaged this way there. I’m not sure if this is an issue specific to the U.S. inventory or warehouse, but it was definitely disappointing.
I’m glad the product works, but receiving a brand-new item in this condition really took away from the excitement of the purchase. Given Ohouse’s reputation as one of Korea’s largest and most well-known home and lifestyle platforms, I honestly expected much better quality control and attention to detail.
I love this piece! The design is simple and clean, fitting right into my decor. After using it, I’m super satisfied. The layered drawers give me plenty of storage, and the wheels make it easy to move around. The open top tray is great for grabbing my daily essentials. It feels really sturdy, so no messes while I use it. It works in any room. bedroom, living room, or next to my vanity. Definitely recommend it! :)
Really pretty shelf! It’s shorter than I expected for a 5-tier, but the non-slip silicone on the bottom keeps it steady. Love the shape and color. Saves space nicely—just wish they made a taller version!
Using this organizer for light things like paper, games, and craft supplies. Couldn’t find the rubber pads it’s supposed to come with, but honestly it seems to work better without them.
Got this trolley for the color and I’m so glad I did. The design’s beautiful and I use it all the time now. Super happy with it—will definitely check out more from this brand.
