The color is noticeably nicer in person than in the photos. The check pattern is subtle but pretty, and it stays in place better than other covers I've tried.
Found this while searching for a check pattern cover and it fits the bill. It does stretch a little over time, but a wash brings it back. Not a big issue at all.

Really pretty, and 100% cotton so no static. The check pattern is great because small stains don't show up as much. The fabric is sturdy too, so once it's on the mattress it doesn't move around.
I've had the navy and the stripe versions before, and both were great. Tried the green check this time for more of a fall feel. It came out darker than I expected, but that actually made me like it more. The muted tone feels cozy and warm.
