- Hand wash with mild detergent and a soft sponge.
- Avoid abrasive scrubbers, harsh cleaners, and sudden temperature changes.
- Dry upright after washing rather than leaving the mug upside down for long periods.
- Small surface marks, dots, pinholes, glaze variation, and minor irregularities are natural characteristics of ceramic production and are not considered defects.
Note: By design, the underside of the handle has a small vent hole made during kiln firing to keep the handle from bursting. A small fragment may occasionally move inside it, creating a faint rattling sound. This is a normal production characteristic, not a defect.
