These are wide, so a spoon and chopsticks both have room. The ones I used before were too small and always felt cramped. Ceramic, and they go through the dishwasher without any fuss.
I bought these because the glossy white looked close to the dishes I already had, and it's a near perfect match. Everything reads as one set now. There's enough room for a spoon and chopsticks side by side, which the smaller ones I had didn't have.
I've fallen down a ceramic dinnerware hole lately, so finding rests in ceramic was a win. They're pretty, and more to the point, the table stays clean instead of picking up drips from a resting spoon.
I skimmed the listing and ordered two, not realizing each one is a set of four, so now I have eight of them lol. No problem because they're cute and I like them. Love the clean and simple look.
These came out way prettier than I was picturing, and for what they cost that's saying something. Plenty of room for a spoon and chopsticks, and the pattern is subtle rather than busy. I'd been hunting for something with a real ceramic feel and this was it.
