Looks great and absorbs well, but the non-slip backing doesn't last

I've been using this rug for a bit, and it looks awesome in my space. It absorbs moisture nicely too. But I noticed that after a few washes, the non-slip backing started to peel a bit. Still a solid purchase overall!

Is it really okay for a bath mat to be this nice? I love it! It’s the perfect size I was looking for, and the price was super affordable. It absorbs water really well, and best of all, it doesn’t slide around at all. Definitely a win!
