I ordered on April 27th and received only the legs on May 22nd. Today, June 2nd, the tabletop was delivered, but the package was damaged in several places, and the item itself is also damaged. I have been waiting over a month for my dining table since moving to my new house, and I'm really upset about this, so I requested a refund. I hope the seller processes it quickly. I waited three weeks for the other two items, but they refunded them without any prior notice. I have no intention of purchasing anything from here again.
I ordered this dining table on April 27, and it was delivered yesterday, May 21. However, when I just opened the box, there was no countertop, only the legs. I've also been waiting over two weeks for two other items, and without any prior notice, they refunded me. After waiting almost a month, receiving just the legs for the table is extremely frustrating from a consumer's perspective. I hope they send the countertop soon or provide a refund.
My wife placed an order for this dining table approximately one month ago, and it was delivered today. We were looking forward to assembling it; however, upon opening the package, we discovered that one corner of the table was damaged.
We promptly documented the damage with photographs of both the table and the packaging and contacted customer service to request a replacement. We were surprised to receive a response offering a 25% partial refund and suggesting that we place a new order instead. They did refund us 25% of the original price but that's not what we want..
This resolution is unacceptable. Requesting that the customer place another order—after receiving a damaged item—places the burden and risk on the buyer. There is no assurance that a replacement order would not arrive in similar condition. It is unreasonable to expect customers to repeatedly reorder and accept partial refunds if issues persist.
We respectfully request an appropriate resolution, such as a full replacement of the damaged table at no additional cost and without requiring a new purchase.

I got this while moving, and it fits my home vibe perfectly. Super happy with it. cleaning's a breeze, even with food spills! The table and chairs feel sturdy, and I wiped the top down with wet wipes and it looked great. Thanks!
I was a bit worried at first since my son's officetel didn't have a table. I ended up picking this one based on good reviews, and I’m so glad I did! It looks even better in person and feels super sturdy . I’ve even used it as a ladder a couple of times. Really happy with the color, design, durability, and the price was great too!
