Use Wool or Delicate mode and increase the water level by one step for a softer feel over time
Do not use oxygen bleach or chlorine bleach, as strong bleaching agents may damage fibers and cause pilling or discoloration
Avoid fabric softener and dryer sheets, including wool dryer balls, as they can reduce absorbency and increase shedding
Do not boil or wash at high temperatures, which may roughen the surface and shorten the towel’s lifespan
After washing, shake out the towel and air-dry in the shade in a well-ventilated area
Avoid long exposure to direct sunlight, which can make the towel feel stiff
