The upper wraps over the instep, which makes them feel more secure than a plain slide. Cushioned too. The catch is our marble floors. After a while they start squeaking badly, and I end up wiping the floor down just to quiet them.
Worth knowing before you order: the men's pair came up smaller than the label suggested. That aside, the footbed is well cushioned and the shape looks good. They do make a sound when you walk, which is the one thing I'd change.
We got a matching set. They're comfortable on the foot, but there's a constant sound with every step that I can't get used to. The look is sleek, no complaints there. They run a bit large on me, and I wish the size range were wider.
Light enough that my feet don't get tired even after a full day at home. The design is plain in a good way and doesn't look out of place in any room. The soles have enough grip that I'm not sliding on the floors, and the stitching and edges are cleanly finished.
We already wear these ourselves and wanted spare pairs for guests. I hedged and got one medium and one large. In hindsight I should have gone large for both, because they're cut narrow across the foot. They look great, which is why we keep buying them.
