Handmade texture, built for everyday dishes.
A ceramic plate with a soft wave shape and a tapped, hand-worked surface inspired by the swell of the sea. The gently uneven form gives it a handcrafted feel while staying deep enough for everyday meals, salads, pasta, snacks, or small shared dishes. Available in Beige and Yellow, both finished in a semi-matte glaze that sits between matte and gloss and adds depth to the color. Microwave and dishwasher safe, though not suitable for direct heat or induction. Made in South Korea.
Key Features
- Hand-tapped wave texture — A handcraft technique gives each plate its slightly uneven, sea-like surface.
- Semi-matte glaze — Sits between matte and gloss, deepening the color and holding its look over time.
- Beige and Yellow — Two warm, easygoing tones that suit most table settings.
- Slightly deep form — Handles pasta, curry, salads, and snacks as comfortably as dry side dishes.
- High-fired durability — Fired at 1,250°C on a bright cotton-white clay body for strong resistance to chips and scratches.
- Safety tested and lead-free — Made with natural clay and a lead-free glaze, and cleared by a nationally accredited testing lab.
- Microwave and dishwasher safe — Everyday-ready, though not for direct heat or induction.

I've been slowly replacing my dishes since we moved, and this was one of the first things I picked up. I got a noodle bowl from the same brand at the same time. First time trying them and I'm happy with how the pieces look together on the shelf.
The plate runs big and the edge is irregular rather than a clean circle, which makes it stand out next to standard dinnerware. I haven't used it much yet, but I can already tell a main dish or something colorful will look good on it.
I was after something plain enough for everyday use and this fits, but the shape keeps it from being boring. It's light in the hand, which I didn't expect from ceramic. Works especially well with Korean-style meals. Good buy.
I originally got these for a housewarming and they've turned into the plates I grab most. The shape is pretty, but the depth is the real reason. It's just deep enough that a saucy stir-fry stays put without turning it into a bowl. I bought two and would do it again.
