- Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or chemical solvents.
- Keep away from excessive moisture and direct heat.
- Remove the batteries before adjusting the time.
- Turn the rear adjustment wheel counterclockwise to set the time.
- Do not move the clock hands directly by hand.
- Insert batteries according to the marked positive and negative directions.
- Use alkaline batteries when replacing the included batteries.
- To use the clock without the pendulum, hook it into the groove at the bottom of the motor on the back so it stays fixed and does not swing.
- The T-shaped pin works on wallpaper, wood, and gypsum walls and installs without leaving a large nail hole.
- The adhesive hanger is recommended for smooth walls such as tile or marble.
- Protect the clock from strong impacts and drops.

I'd been hunting for a wall clock for our new place and this one got me right away. One thing worth knowing: it has to sit flush against the wall or the pendulum won't swing properly. Once I got it positioned right it's been fine.
