Who would honestly pay $39 for ONE piece of this?
Based on the photos, I naturally assumed I would receive the two lotus root pieces and two half-moon pieces shown in the listing. Nowhere was it clearly stated that this listing was for only 1 piece.
And seriously, I had no reason to imagine that something that costs around 8,000 KRW (about $5 USD) in Korea would be sold for $39 USD for a single piece here.
To make matters worse, the item is shipped from Korea and cannot be returned. This feels incredibly misleading and completely unreasonable.
I would absolutely not have purchased this if the listing had clearly stated “1 piece only” and the actual value/pricing had been transparent. Very disappointed.
I am really happy with this one. It looks unique and pretty, and there is plenty of room even after placing utensils on it. That extra space is what I like most.
I had seen a similar lotus-shaped rest before but did not want wood, so I was excited to find a ceramic version. It is a bit bigger than expected, but it looks great and I use it all the time.
The size is generous, which makes it really versatile. The color and shape are both very nice, and it stands out compared to similar pieces. Really happy with this purchase.
I have gotten into small table accessories lately, and this is one of my favorites. The lotus shape adds some character, and utensils rest on it comfortably without sliding around.
