I had a pair of these before and nothing else measured up, so I came back. Two differences from the first pair: the color is slightly off from what I remember, which I don't really care about, and the heel area pills noticeably more this time. That part concerns me because it looks like they'll wear through sooner. Not sure I'd go for a third pair. Still wearing these, though.
I've tried other house slippers and always end up back in these. My feet sweat and these don't turn stuffy the way others do. They wash easily too, which is the part that really matters. I can even mop in them without leaving prints behind.
Being able to throw them in the wash means I don't baby them, which is the whole point of a house slipper. They're light enough that my feet don't get tired, and there's just enough cushion underfoot to feel good without being squishy. The plain design goes with everything.
I've been in these constantly. The little dog embroidery is adorable, and the ivory goes with basically any room. They do pick up dirt after a while, but a wash sorts that out, so it's never bothered me.
Cute, with a decent amount of cushioning underfoot. Fit is the thing to watch. I'm about a women's 7 and they're comfortable on me. My husband can wear them, but they're right at the edge for him. If you're over a men's 8 or have wide feet, I'd think twice.
