The cups arrived broken when I opened the package as soon as I received it. I’ve emailed customer service twice and still haven’t received a response. I also sent them a DM, but I haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone.
At first, I was excited to order from Ohouse since I had been waiting for them to open their online store in the U.S., but now I’m not sure if I will ever order from or recommend this company.
it's a little small and heavy for a wine glass, so I ended up using it for serving small dishes instead. I was a bit worried about the heart and ribbon cups having different textures, but I can��t tell any difference. they��re both super cute, and I'm really happy with my purchase.
