Mine spends most of its time holding flowers or snacks rather than a bottle. It's not so big that it dominates a table, so it's easy to just leave out. When people come over I'll fill it with ice and use it as intended. It covers a lot of ground.
If you're having people over in the summer, this earns its keep. It holds a bottle cold at the table so no one has to keep running to the fridge. Simple, and it works.
It fits about two bottles. What sold me is the proportions. The handles and the walls are thinner than most wine baskets I looked at, so it reads as simple instead of clunky. Good value for how nice it looks.
I bought this for flowers and even the small size came out much larger than I pictured. It takes a lot of stems to fill it properly, so plan on more than you think. Other than that it looks exactly like the photos.
This looks far more upscale in person than I expected. I keep thinking about how good it would look with flowers in it, and it does the wine bucket job nicely too. I'll probably pick up another one.
