  • Do not sterilize in boiling water, and do not pour boiling water into the glass.
  • Avoid sudden temperature changes, which can crack the glass.
  • Wash with a soft sponge and avoid rough scouring tools.

Note: Bubbles, fine lines, scratches, dark specks, and small pinholes can form as the glass cools during production. Shape, pattern placement, and base thickness are not perfectly uniform from glass to glass, and faint mold lines or a wave pattern may be visible along the sides. Some glasses can feel slightly unsteady because the pattern continues onto the base. None of these affect use or count as defects. Size, weight, and capacity may vary depending on where and how they are measured.
