- For machine washing, place the mat inside a laundry bag and wash separately on a gentle/wool cycle.
- Use cold or lukewarm water up to 86°F (30°C) with a mild detergent.
- Do not use bleach, oxygen bleach, or fabric softeners.
- Do not tumble dry.
- Lay flat to dry naturally in a shaded, well-ventilated area.
- Avoid direct sunlight during drying.
- Do not iron, steam, or dry clean.
- Wash separately to prevent color transfer.
- A slight rubber odor may be present upon opening due to the non-slip backing; allow the mat to air out for 24 hours before use.
- Damage caused by improper washing or drying is not covered under return or exchange policies.
Note: Measurements may vary by approximately ±0.4–1.2" (1–3 cm). The rubber base color may differ slightly between production batches, with no difference in feel or performance.

I had only used the hard diatomite mats before, so this washable version was new to me, and I am really happy with it. It pulls the water off my feet quickly after a shower, so the floor does not stay damp. Best of all, I can wash it, which feels much more hygienic. The surface is soft, it does not slide, and my whole family uses it comfortably.
