- Avoid acetone, harsh chemicals, bleach, wet wipes, and alcohol-based cleaners, which may damage the coating.
- Wipe away dark or staining foods quickly to prevent discoloration.
- Keep away from sharp objects, steam cleaners, and prolonged or direct heat such as electric floor heaters.
- Air out before first use, as PVC may have a slight smell when newly opened.
- Lift and ventilate the mat regularly, and make sure the floor is fully dry before placing it back down.
Note: Creases from packaging may appear at first and will smooth out naturally within 2–3 weeks.

This costs a bit more than other kitchen mats, but I searched everywhere and could not find a design I liked as much. It is very plush, adds a nice focal point to the kitchen, and I feel like I made a good choice every time I look at it.
I have been going for a green look in my kitchen, and this mat is the perfect deep green accent. It anchors the space without feeling like too much. It is noticeably cushioned, so standing for a while is more comfortable, and spills wipe right up.
The color is so fresh and cheerful, and the thickness really helps when my feet are sore from standing! I would happily buy another if it came in a slightly smaller size, around 35 inches long.
